1.    Healthy diet
2.    Avoid smoking
3.    Keep an active lifestyle
4.    Healthy body weight
5.    Reduced stress
To improve my health I am going to start to eat more organic and not processed foods. I am also going to stop eating so much junk food. I am going to start to run for 10-15 minutes a day to keep me active. I am going to want to join a sport like cross country or volley ball. I also want to not stress a lot so that my brain does not send out bad hormones to my body, this means I won’t be as mad or worried.
